1.What you will deliver (Roles & Responsibilities):

• You understand customer use cases and needs regarding HSM firmware based on EB zentur and can translate them into requirements for the product development team

• You define new product features and follow their implementation

• You manage and prioritize the product backlog for the EB zentur

• You are the budget owner for the development activities

• You are in direct contact with our lead customers

• You are aligning the customers’ requirements and platform milestones with our product development team

• You take care about all related sales material

• You train Sales and the Product Expert Group on how to present and sell EB zentur

• You support Product Marketing in launching and advertising EB zentur

• You support Product Marketing in launching, promoting, and advertising the RTC offerings.

• Monitor technology trends and understand the possible impact on the market, product and business case.

• Maintain a target customer list, and communicate to sales. Understand the cost run rate on a rolling 12 months basis.

• Empower PO and RTE to run the development. Review their metrics, manage by KPIs.

2. Your Profile:

• You have a university degree in computer sciences, automotive engineering or similar

• You are experienced in the automotive industry

• You have deep technical know-how in the area of Security and HSM firmware

• You have experience either as product or project manager or as a technical expert

• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• You have strategic and operational skills

• You are a quick learner, who adapts well to changes in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in learning and applying new technology to solve complex problems

• For the communication with our customers as well as our colleagues, you have excellent intercultural and communication skills

• You have very good English skills. German skills are a plus
