Our client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in community and social services. We are seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead the Institute through a defined transition and teach-out period, ensuring strong compliance, quality delivery and clear leadership during this phase.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership role, ideal for someone with deep RTO compliance experience who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and confidence to complex environments.
