Job Description

The purpose of the position is to support the establishment of a Service Delivery Centre (SDC) organization, support the transition of existing Record to Report (RTR) activities as well as serve as the bridge between the senior leadership and operational finance team.



The **RTR Team Lead** is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day RTR operations, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards, and facilitating efficient period-end activities. Applicants should have a solid background in finance, a comprehensive understanding of RTR processes, familiarity with GBS or shared services systems, and the ability to effectively mentor the RTR Senior Accountants, Accountants and Juniors.
