Job Description – RTV Assistant Manager

Location - Bakoli/NSP


Role Purpose

To manage Return to Vendor (RTV) operations and ensure accurate stock reconciliation by maintaining physical vs system inventory integrity and minimizing inventory losses.

– RTV Management

- End-to-end RTV processing (expired, damaged, excess, non-moving stock segregation )

- Coordination with MWH Warehouse , Logestics & HQ SCM & Finance

- RTV documentation: debit notes, system reversal, transporter coordination

- Timely physical dispatch and system closure

- Monitor RTV aging and closure timelines


Key Responsibilities

– Stock Reconciliation

- Daily / weekly / monthly stock reconciliation (Physical vs System)

- Investigation and closure of stock variances

- Batch-wise, expiry-wise, and bin-wise inventory control

- Support cycle counts and audits

- Coordination with Finance during audits

Warehouse Operations Support

- Segregation of saleable, non-saleable, and RTV stock

- FIFO / FEFO compliance

- Adherence to SOPs, safety, and hygiene norms

- Supervision of warehouse staff

Reporting & Documentation

- RTV status MIS

- Reconciliation and variance reports

- Audit-ready documentation

Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of RTV and inventory processes

- ERP handling

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good coordination and communication


Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics

- 4–8 years of warehouse experience

- FMCG / Cosmetics / Retail experience preferred
