Position Details

RTWSS is a WorkSafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment. Duties include:

  • Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses

  • Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans

  • Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers

  • Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW

  • RTW role can be combined with Community PT caseload

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year experience conducting Job Site Visits

  • Must have experience implementing GTRW plans

  • Current member of CPTBC or eligible for registration

  • Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with insurance payers is a strong asset

  • Experience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
