Authority: Lead crossfunctional team to ensure Safety, Quality and Efficiency of the Rubber Molding Process.

Job Summary

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in MRP area related to safety, productivity, cost out, waste elimination and Quality serving as team leader on complex assignments by interfacing with VSM Managers, Front Line Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Product Engineers, Maintenance Team, Process technicians and Operators.

Job Responsibilities
