- Oversee rubber mixing and compounding processes
- Support new product development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with material and performance standards
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct trials and validate rubber material performance
- Collaborate with production for scale-up of formulations
- Analyze material properties and conduct testing
- Maintain documentation for R&D and quality compliance
