NoviCap allows businesses to get pre-payment for their outstanding invoices.

Between 2009 and 2014 the amount of lending of spanish banks to spanish
businesses has decreased by 65%. Adding insult to injury, businesses are
forced by large companies to accept increasingly longer payment terms on their
invoices.

NoviCap is on a mission to help spanish businesses to survive these two trends
by turning outstanding invoices into a source of capital, presenting them with
an alternative to bank loans when they need to improve their cashflow.

The role is best suitable for somebody who loves learning and has the capacity
to understand the rails magic that goes on and will someday create their own
magic.
