Job Description
We're hiring for a high-growth consumer AI platform operating at massive scale, with tens of millions of users worldwide. After rapid growth, the engineering focus is now on scaling core infrastructure, improving reliability under sustained load, and shipping new features quickly.
This is a hands-on backend role where Ruby on Rails is central. You’ll work directly with a highly experienced leadership team and a lean, fully remote engineering org that moves fast and owns what it ships.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and scaling backend services in Ruby on Rails
- Designing APIs, data models, and integrations used at high traffic
- Collaborating with product to translate specs into technical execution
- Improving performance, reliability, and system scalability
What we’re looking for
- Strong Ruby on Rails backend experience
- Experience shipping and operating systems used at scale
