We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Ruby on Rails
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and web applications
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React / Vue / Stimulus
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data modeling and querying
• Deploy and manage applications on Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR)
• Experience with Python and/or Java
• Hands-on with frontend frameworks: React / Vue / Stimulus
• Solid knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
• Experience working on Cloud platforms
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Good-to-Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Performance tuning and system design experience
