Code Vyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as Mc Kinsey, Walmart, Razor Pay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other Gen AI areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Ruby on Rails
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and web applications
- Collaborate with frontend teams using React / Vue / Stimulus
- Work with SQL and No SQL databases for efficient data modeling and querying
- Deploy and manage applications on Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow Dev Ops best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (Ro R)
- Experience with Python and/or Java
- Hands-on with frontend frameworks: React / Vue / Stimulus
- Solid knowledge of SQL & No SQL databases
- Experience working on Cloud platforms
- Good understanding of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Good-to-Have
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Performance tuning and system design experience
