Ruby on Rails Sr. Engineer

Q-tech is colaborating with a fast-growing
international SaaS company
that is opening a
new engineering hub in Barcelona
and is looking for a
Senior Software Engineer.

This is a
backend-focused role
with high ownership and real impact, working on
Identity & Access Management, APIs and integrations
for a platform used by some of the most demanding customers in the private capital space.

What you'll work on

• End-to-end ownership of backend initiatives
• High-performance APIs, integrations and access control systems
• Security, permissions and data privacy at scale
• Close collaboration with Product & Design in small, autonomous teams

Tech stack

Ruby on Rails · PostgreSQL · Redis · AWS · Kubernetes

(Some TypeScript & React exposure, but backend is the core focus)
