• Strong hands-on experience with MRP and finite scheduling

• Manufacturing context (CPG, food & beverage, discrete, or process manufacturing)

• Understands why schedules break in the real world

Rulex

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Rulex models in production

• Comfortable with rule-based logic, explainability, and iterative tuning

• Able to explain decisions to planners and operators (not just data scientists)

Data & systems

• Experience working with ERP/MRP data (SAP ECC/S/4 preferred)

• Familiar with BOMs, routings, work centers, calendars, and capacities

• Able to debug data-quality issues that impact schedules
