Position Summary:ASM Global - Charlottesville, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Production Runner at John Paul Jones Arena. Under general direction of the Production/Events Manager, this individual is responsible for various errands associated with the production and operations of various shows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Provide transportation for various personnel throughout the show day, such as hotel and airport pickups and drop offs usingeither personal car or company-provided vehicle• Run errands such as department meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, coffee runs, etc.• Coordinate large take-out orders with local restaurants, purchasing, retrieving, and distributing to touring personnel• Coordinate large shopping lists from local grocery stores, deliver to the venue• Assist production staff with general production-related duties• Maintain cash and re...
