Job Description

- Strong experience with developing solutions with Ruby on Rails
- Hands-on experience with Postgres or other relational databases.
- Good understanding of REST API design and implementation.
- Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and provide quick resolutions.
- Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Good to have Exposure to cloud platform (AWS) & its services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub , Jenkins , etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes & technical upgrades
- Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports; proactively address potential issues.
- Provide timely technical support to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Design, develop, and maintain features using Ruby on Rails and modern front-end frameworks (Angular).
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal/external systems.
- Refactor existing code to enhance security, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality updates.
- Document technical specifications, support playbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices.

- Work proactively on tickets including analysis and propose solutions.
- Work independently on any new initiative.
- Participate actively in calls and communicate actively with technical and business team.
- Flexibility of working in UK Shifts
- Support Applications on Weekends as necessary
