<div><b data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Job Description</b> </div> <div>- Strong experience with developing solutions with Ruby on Rails<br /> - Hands-on experience with Postgres or other relational databases.<br /> - Good understanding of REST API design and implementation.<br /> - Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and reliability issues.<br /> - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git<br /> - Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and provide quick resolutions.<br /> - Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset.<br /> - Good to have Exposure to cloud platform (AWS) & its services.<br /> - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub , Jenkins , etc.)<br /> - Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).<br /> - Understanding of Agile methodologies.</div> <div> <b>Roles & Responsibilities</b></div> <div>- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes & technical upgrades<br /> - Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports; proactively address potential issues.<br /> - Provide timely technical support to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.<br /> - Design, develop, and maintain features using Ruby on Rails and modern front-end frameworks (Angular).<br /> - Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal/external systems.<br /> - Refactor existing code to enhance security, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.<br /> - Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality updates.<br /> - Document technical specifications, support playbooks, and troubleshooting guides.<br /> - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices.</div> <div>- Work proactively on tickets including analysis and propose solutions.<br /> - Work independently on any new initiative.<br /> - Participate actively in calls and communicate actively with technical and business team.<br /> - Flexibility of working in UK Shifts<br /> - Support Applications on Weekends as necessary</div>
