Rust Engineer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend services and intuitive front-end interfaces for company platform
  • Implement data ingestion and processing pipelines for large volumes of security data
  • Integrate AI-driven analytics capabilities and optimize system performance
  • Develop APIs and integrations with various IT and security tools
  • Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards

Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack of company application
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; 5+ years of f backenddevelopment experience Strong fundamentals in computer science, cybersecurity, and networking
  • Proficiency in Rust; familiarity with Go, Java, and C++
  • Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with real-time data processing, analytics frameworks, and front-end technologies
  • Expertise in data pipeline technologies, ELK stack, and Apache Kafka
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog Vector
  • Experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems for millions of users

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SIEM systems, machine learning in cybersecurity contexts
  • Familiarity with big data technologies, time-series databases, and data warehousing solutions
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, infrastructure-as-code tools, and service mesh technologies
  • Contributions to open-source projects or relevant research publications
    Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Distributed systems (Kafka, Flink/Spark, Redis)
  • ELK stack for log management and analysis
  • Cloud-native technologies and serverless architectures
  • API design and management
  • Performance optimization for large-scale systems
  • Security implementation (OAuth 2.0, encryption, data protection)
  • DevOps and SRE practices
