The Role

You’ll help build the next version of a fast trading platform. This high-impact role gives you ownership of design, coding, and deployment, plus a say in key decisions on system speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build backend services and trading tools in Rust.
• Create reliable links to exchanges and internal systems.
• Keep code quality high with testing and reviews.
• Solve tough performance issues like concurrency and streaming.
• Work with traders to build strong, scalable solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of backend or systems engineering (Rust, C++, Go preferred)
• Solid computer science skills and experience building scalable apps
• Worked on fast, performance-critical systems
• Know how to build with microservices and distributed systems
• Bonus: experience or interest in trading or crypto
