RV Technician - Shop Lead

Position Overview:

• As a Lead RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electrical, HVAC, structural, plumbing, and chassis issues.


• You will also play a key role in training and coaching less experienced technicians, helping to build a strong and capable service team.

Salary Range:

• Ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Must have own tools.
