S4 Hana Basis Support Lead

Responsibilities Provide in-depth experience in technical and operational support for multiple components of SAP systems, application servers, network layers and interface with SAP and non-SAP 3rd party products. Specialist or subject matter expert with hands on experience, who primarily apply their technical skills on multiple mission critical SAP systems. Monitor, analyze, identify and respond to trends in system performance and resource utilization with SAP technology stack. Work with the required teams to identify database, hardware and network failure scenarios, determine in root cause and assist in resolution of issues discovered. Support the following with installation, configuration, implementation, technical issue resolution & root cause analysis: SAP installations& upgrades including S4, CAR, Fiori, SLT & Solution Manager.
