S4 Hana Basis Support Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth experience in technical and operational support for multiple components of SAP systems, application servers, network layers and interface with SAP and non-SAP 3rd party products.
• Specialist or subject matter expert with hands on experience, who primarily apply their technical skills on multiple mission critical SAP systems.
• Monitor, analyze, identify and respond to trends in system performance and resource utilization with SAP technology stack.
• Work with the required teams to identify database, hardware and network failure scenarios, determine in root cause and assist in resolution of issues discovered.
• Support the following with installation, configuration, implementation, technical issue resolution & root cause analysis:

• SAP installations& upgrades including S4, CAR, Fiori, SLT & Solution Manager.
• Transport Management System for both...
