Position Overview / Purpose

Manages SAP DB ops (HANA/Oracle), backup, DR, performance, and analytics support.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, analyze, and resolve day-to-day SAP S/4HANA service requests and incidents.

Monitor SAP S/4HANA system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with application, Basis, DBAs, and cloud teams for effective incident management.

Support periodic system activities such as Backup and restore, patching, upgrades, client copies, and refreshes under established processes.

Utilize ITSM tools for incident management, ensuring proper ticket documentation, prioritization, and escalation adherence.

Collaborate with higher-tier support for complex issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Core Technical Expertise

HANA/Oracle DB tools, Linux/Windows admin, backup/monitoring, scripting.

Certifications / Qualifications

SAP HANA DB Cert / Oracle OCA.
