Role Overview

A Canadian global leader in speech analytics and conversational computing is seeking a motivated and results‑driven SaaS BDR to join their sales team on a part‑time basis, operating within LATAM time zones. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new clients, managing and upselling to existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the call center and BPO space is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Spanish markets, building a robust client portfolio.
  • Client Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
