A tech-focused nonprofit solutions provider is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their initial adoption of the iwave and engage platforms. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will work with various teams to deliver tailored onboarding experiences, ensuring user engagement and product adoption. Candidates should have 1+ years of onboarding experience in a SaaS environment and a Bachelor’s degree. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 CAD OTE.
