As a SaaS Onboarding Specialist , you are the Face of AhaSlides for our new users. Your mission is to ensure that every customer—from a teacher in Brazil to a corporate trainer in London—understands the value of our platform within minutes of signing up.

You aren’t just teaching features; you are helping users solve their engagement problems. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and aha! moments, ensuring our new users feel empowered, successful, and excited to use AhaSlides.

What you will do

• Guide the Journey: Conduct high-energy onboarding sessions and webinars for new users to help them build their first interactive presentation with AhaSlides.
• Simplify the Complex: Take sophisticated features and explain them in simple, layman's terms.
• Be a Problem Detective: Actively listen to user needs, identifying the pain points behind their questions and offering creative solutions.
