About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Saas Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our cloud-based software products.You will oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, go-to-market execution, and post-launch optimisation. Acting as the invoice of the customer and a bridge between business, technology, and design, you'll ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value and align with our strategic goals.



Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.


• Lead cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success—
  
  to deliver impactful product releases.


• Conduct or coordinate market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify
  
  opportunities and prioritise initiatives.


• Draft clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.


• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.


• Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.


• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.


• Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies and product launches.


• Ensure adherence to data security, infrastructure, and integration standards.


• Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software.


• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and enterprise software delivery.


• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and the product development lifecycle.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Hands-on experience with product analytics and project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, Asana).


• Familiarity with modern SaaS tech stacks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.


• Background in user-centered design or platform-based product development.


• Knowledge of pricing models, packaging strategies, and product-led growth approaches.
