SaaS Sales Executive

Recooty is looking for a dynamic Associate SaaS Sales Executive to join our Sales team in the Human Resources/HR industry. This is a full-time position based on-site in Indore. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS solutions to potential clients. If you are passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of SaaS products, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to articulate their value proposition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
