SaaS & Workspace Administrator

We're looking for a SaaS & Workspace Administrator to own our company's software ecosystem. You'll manage Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and password management across 160 people in 40+ countries — and build automations that make everything run smoother.

This is an individual contributor role with full ownership. No infrastructure, no networking, no hardware — just software administration and workflow automation.

What You'll Own

• Software Administration: Google Workspace (organizational units, groups, shared drives, security settings); Slack (channels, permissions, apps, retention policies); Trello, password managers, and other SaaS tools; Domain settings, data retention, backup strategies

User Lifecycle

• Onboarding: provisioning accounts, configuring access, secure credential distribution
