About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled Associate Product Manager to join our Gaming Payments vertical. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and product sensibility to help build our next-generation payment gateway designed specifically for gaming merchants. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge AI development tools while collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional payment experiences for gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Partner with engineering teams to understand, document, and optimize our payment gateway architecture for gaming-specific use cases

● Drive product development using modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery timelines

● Create comprehensive technical documentation that bridges product requirements and technical implementation

● Analyze payment flows, transaction data, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities

● Collaborate with SDK teams to ensure seamless integration experiences for gaming developers

● Contribute to technical product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria

● Support cross-functional initiatives including platform integrations, SDK development, and developer tooling

● Monitor payment success metrics and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis

● Stay current with emerging technologies, gaming industry trends, and payment innovations

Requirements:

Technical Skills

● 2-3 years of experience in a technical product management or developer role

● Demonstrable experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Tempo, Lovable.dev, and Bolt to accelerate product

development

● Strong understanding of API design principles, payment architectures, and SDK implementation

● Ability to read and understand code (particularly TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar languages)

● Experience with technical documentation and translating complex concepts for different audiences

Product & Business Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

● Excellent product intuition with the ability to balance technical constraints and user needs

● Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions

● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

● Experience creating high-quality product documentation Payment & Gaming Knowledge (Preferred)

● Experience at a payment processor, payment gateway, or fintech company

● Familiarity with gaming platforms (Unity, Flutter, React Native) and their ecosystem

● Understanding of real-money gaming operations and payment challenges

● Knowledge of payment regulations in India or other emerging markets

● Proficiency with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate development workflows

● Experience with AI-assisted no-code/low-code tools like Windsurf and Tempo for rapid prototyping

● Direct experience working in a payment aggregator company or real money gaming platform

● Previous work developing or implementing payment SDKs

● Experience with WebSocket/real-time communication protocols

● Understanding of PCI compliance and payment security requirements

● Portfolio of technical documentation or product specifications you've created

● Demonstrated success in reducing payment friction or improving transaction success rates
