Safety and Training Officer

Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Training & Safety Officer to champion safety, deliver impactful training, and foster a culture of operational excellence. In this role, you'll combine your safety expertise with proven training skills to prepare, coach, and mentor operators while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee safety and training programs for operators, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Conduct investigations into vehicle collisions and workplace injuries, providing clear reports and follow-up actions.
• Deliver and coordinate safety meetings, onboarding, refresher training, and classroom/behind-the-wheel instruction.
• Maintain accurate training, licensing, and performance records.
• Compile and analyze safety, accident, and workers compensation statistics.
