Safety Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily WSH inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures
• Assist WSH officer in incident/accident investigation and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence
• Assist WSH officer in review risk assessments, safe work procedures and update risk register
• Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance
• Implement HSE procedures
• Conduct inspection with subcontractors' supervisors
• Ensure all machinery and equipment at plants are in good working conditions
• Ensure all workers at plants are wearing appropriate PPE at all times
• Ensure proper housekeeping by the subcontractors on daily basis
• Conduct daily toolbox with the subcontractors
• Following up on all outstanding safety related issues
• Operational duties will be assigned other than safety
