Safety Director

Job Summary:

The Director of Safety is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s comprehensive safety strategy across all locations nationwide. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and client occupational safety regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture throughout all levels of the organization. The Director of Safety works closely with executive leadership, operations, project management, and field personnel to minimize risk, prevent injuries, and support safe, efficient execution of technology infrastructure projects.

The Director of Safety provides strategic oversight of safety programs related to construction and technology installation activities, including but not limited to working at heights, ladder and lift operations, confined spaces, electrical safety, tool usage, and jobsite hazard mitigation.
