Job Description
The Main Objective of this position is Eliminate Risks. Ensure occupational health and safety for all employees, as well as the effective implementation of health and safety programs, policies and regulations. It should be the first contact point for health and safety issues.
**Must Have Skills**
**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mexican law, Industrial Hygiene, ergonomics & safety.**:
- Experience in similar position / Minimum 3 years**:
- Safety and Hygiene certification**:
- Advance English Level Knowledge**:
- **Behaviors: Feedback, Conflict Management, Emotional intelligence, Team Work, sense of urgency.
**Highly Desirable Skills**
- **Industrial Hygiene Masters Degree**:
- **Extensive Health and Safety Experience**:
- **Extensive knowledge of state/national OHS laws, ANSI,NOMS etc.**:
- **Operational knowledge of corporate safety programs**:
- **Certification or degree in OHS or related field
