Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across all facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including but not limited to OSHA, environmental regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.
- Provide engaging and effective safety training to all employees, fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and audit findings.
- Collaborate with all departments to integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on new safety technologies, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our safety performance.
Qualifications:
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
- Proven experience in a senior safety role, preferably within the automobile manufacturing or related industry.
- Deep understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
- Certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.
