Job Description

The Position

  • Coach senior leaders in their safety behaviours and programs to drive safe operations

  • Drive and support processes for identifying, assessing, managing and recording hazards and risks

  • Assist in the investigation of incidents to drive a rigorous approach to root cause identification and close out of corrective actions, and ensure the incident management database is maintained

  • Initiate and administer safety improvement, education and achievement/monitoring programs for workplaces within the regions

  • Support and maintain company certification to Australian and International standards in accordance with the external HSEQ audit program.

  • Develop relationships with clients to demonstrate to them how the company’s operations and programs effectively manage their risk and add commercial value to their operations and business strategy
