Overview
As a member of the Safety team, the Safety Manager will partner with the Divisional She function where required to support safe and compliant operations.
Inclusive of supporting the implementation of the project Safety. This position reports directly to the Project Director and has a dotted line reporting to the Senior Programme Manager. The office for this position will be based on the location of candidate and proximity to an Element location (Preferred Bristol area). Hybrid role
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
Deployment of Strategic improvements and initiatives to continually improve and align Safety Management systems into the Project
Support Project teams at all levels to implement Element Business Best practice and new procedures as part of the project.
Coach and guide all levels to develop effective ways of working where learning and development is front and Centre of everything we do.
