Systems Safety Manager – Bristol Based – Hybrid role – SC clearance (or eligible)

We're looking for an experienced Systems Safety Manager to act as the senior engineering safety authority across our defence products, covering air, land and maritime domains.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role suited to a Senior / Principal / Lead Safety Engineer with strong practical experience applying Def Stan 00‑55 / 00‑56 in a regulated defence environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead systems safety across all products
  • Develop, manage and present safety cases to customer sign‑off
  • Apply defence safety standards across programmes and domains
