Safety Manager

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and manage WHS systems across large-scale heavy civil construction projects in Darwin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site-wide Work Health & Safety (WHS) systems across heavy civil construction works
• Develop, implement, and maintain Safety Management Plans (SMPs) in line with legislative and contractual requirements
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and project-specific safety standards
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
• Oversee safety documentation including SWMS, JHAs, permits, and registers
• Deliver toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings to site teams and subcontractors
