Safety Manager

As our safety manger you will have a key role in improving HSE in Elkem and implementing our FORUS system throughout the company.
We are looking for a person that can:
- Ensuring the HSE training plans are developed regarding role responsibility and HSE training content development.
- Ensuring that robust risk management processes are implemented within the organisation.
- Implementing Process Safety within the organisation
- Ensuring that a robust HSE Change Management process is implemented in the organisation.
- Ensuring that HSE documents related to FORUS system are written, communicated, and managed as per a robust document control system.
