Responsible for leading and managing safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on safety regulations.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to improve safety processes.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
