Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of operations equipment
  • Record and investigate workplace incidents to identify root causes
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in workplace safety and operations oversight
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and claims management
