Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all project documents and ensure proper version control
- Maintain records and document filing systems (both digital and hard copy)
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents
- Ensure document control processes are in line with company policies and quality standards
- Support project managers and engineers with documentation needs, especially in submission of the progress billing
- Handling timekeeping of the employees at the site to be reported weekly and monthly employee attendance at the head office
- Receiving the delivery and monitor the site inventory of incoming & outgoing materials
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements for Document Controller
- Proven experience as a Document Controller/Admin Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g., EXCEL / WORDS)
