Safety, Quality & Risk Manager

Directions Workforce Solutions are seeking a dedicated Safety, Quality and Risk Manager to join our team in this newly created, pivotal role. Operating on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days per week), you will lead the charge in ensuring our organisation remains at the forefront of WHS, quality assurance, and enterprise risk management. As a technical subject matter expert, you will partner with the management team to deliver practical and strategic solutions, ensuring our compliance frameworks are not just met, but embedded into our daily culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Partner with management and host companies to embed safe work practices and drive a high-performance safety culture.
• Risk Management: Identify potential threats, manage the Enterprise Risk Register, and develop robust mitigation strategies.
