Job Role - Assistant Manager - Safety & Security and Emergency Planning Department
Responsibility
Support and assist Head of DTL Safety & Security in the East Coast Integrated Depot (ECID) safety, security & fire safety matters
Be the person responsible for the safety, security matters and emergency responses of ECID
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to monitor compliance to existing safety procedures, legislations, regulations and code of practices.
Liaise with DTL Safety Lead to conduct safety programmes, as directed by Head of DTL Safety & Security.
Work with DTL Safety Lead to advise and guide on safety matters in the departments' maintenance and operational activities as required.
Monitor safety compliance of work teams involved in hazardous work, such as working at heights, working in confined spaces, hot works, working with chemicals, etc.
Be part of the secretariat team for the DTL Senior Management Safety & Security Committee, as appropriat...
