Amazon Operations is the backbone of the Amazon customer experience. At our Werne location, we are part of a network of over 50 fulfillment centres across Europe, working alongside hundreds of delivery stations and tens of thousands of employees to efficiently deliver items to customers throughout Germany and beyond.
In our Werne fulfillment centre, millions of items are picked and packed annually, while our delivery teams work to get orders to customers on time. Safety is our top priority, and our operations culture is defined by teamwork, diversity, and a shared work ethic that keeps the business running smoothly.
