Role: Sage Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+ (Possibility of Extension)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: 20-40 hours per week. (Possibility of 20-30/hours)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidate can work from anywhere in LATAM or India)

Job Description:

• Required Technical Skills: Need experience with Sage 300, EDI (Electronic data interchange), NET 9 (using Maui), and SQL. Need to be mid to senior-level experience (6+ years of experience) and be able to work on both inventory management and EDI project


• Soft Skills Needed: Importance of finding someone who is dependable, attends meetings, and completes tasks as agreed, highlighting reliability as a key requirement for the new hire. Ability to take a requirement from idea to production-ready code i.e. knows how to interpret requirements to live code


• Hiring Timeline and Process: The team agreed to start interviews as soon as possible, aiming for a December 1 ^st start date


• Technical Skills and Role Expectations: The role will focus on development tasks within an established architecture, with some flexibility for design input


• Role Responsibilities: The developer will primarily work on assigned development tasks within an existing architecture, with the hiring manager providing scaffolding and design components, but input on design and vision is welcomed


• Work Schedule and Meeting Requirements: Open to flexible work arrangements, including weekend work, but requires two meetings per week during reasonable hours (can work between 8-6pm PST), and prefers candidates who can overlap with this schedule
