#Hiring for Sage Intacct Project Admin Associate | Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ERP (Sage Intacct) implementation projects by managing schedules, tasks, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with consulting and implementation teams to maintain accurate project plans.
  • Generate and distribute weekly project status reports.
  • Maintain and enhance best-practice documentation and knowledge repositories.
  • Assist in preparing project sign-off documentation and closure activities.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional project support activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or project support roles.
  • Experience supporting ERP or accounting software implementations .
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Clarizen preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
