#Hiring for Sage Intacct Project Admin Associate | Bangalore
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP (Sage Intacct) implementation projects by managing schedules, tasks, and documentation.
- Coordinate with consulting and implementation teams to maintain accurate project plans.
- Generate and distribute weekly project status reports.
- Maintain and enhance best-practice documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Assist in preparing project sign-off documentation and closure activities.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools.
- Handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional project support activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or project support roles.
- Experience supporting ERP or accounting software implementations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Clarizen preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
