New Business Development:

  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for SA&I.
  • Research market trends, analyse customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities (industries/accounts)
  • Expand the company's market presence, establish new client relationships and generate new revenue streams.
  • Own the proposal preparation  (methodology, design & costing)

Existing Account Development:

  • Nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships (with / without RMS/ Retail)
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
