Understand the business needs or enhancements for IIQ workflow.
Work on new feature enhancements by understanding the business objectives, compliance needs, and user expectations
Developing Workflow, customizing existing workflow
Any customization to the OOTB functionality of the SailPoint Tool on need basis approved by client
Performing Feasibility & Impact Analysis for development on new integrations
Review existing IIQ configurations and customizations
Analyze the existing configurations/setup to assess the impact of changes on existing
functionalities
Any environment/server setup for application onboarding approved by PG&E.
Implement or update any custom rules or scripts based on the business requirements.
Configuration of Custom Reports.
Perform Unit testing and support UAT before deployment of changes
Required Skills & Experience:
4–5 years of hands‑on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, including customization and end‑to‑end implementation.
Strong experience in application onboarding, including connector setup, aggregation, provisioning, and certification configurations.
Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and debugging complex BeanShell rules (workflows, provisioning rules, and custom business logic).
Ability to read, understand, and analyze existing workflows and rule logic to support enhancements and troubleshooting activities.
Solid understanding of SailPoint APIs and their usage for integrations, customizations, and automation.
Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, such as lifecycle management, access reviews(Certifications), role management, policy enforcement, and compliance controls.
